Welcome, friend. I’m so glad you’re here.
Before I dive into any tips, downloads, or routines, I wanted to take a minute to introduce myself—not the “perfectly polished bio” kind, but the real-life version.
I got married right after I graduated college, divorced a 31, and started raising a 1 and 3 year old all on my own with full custody. My ex struggled with alcoholism and passed away when our kids were just 2 and 5. That part of my life shaped me in ways I’m still discovering, and gave me a fierce kind of resilience that spills into every area of my life.
Fast forward a few years, and I'm remarried after finding my husband on eHarmony—proof that good things can still find you. It's been almost eight years now, and he's really the only dad my kids have ever known. We even added a third to the mix who is already in elementary school! Our family is full of noise, sports gear, mismatched socks, and way too many water bottles and abandoned cups—but I wouldn’t trade it for anything.
Professionally, I've spent 15 years in marketing (and sales before that), climbing the ladder, managing the calendar, and making it all fit. But when my youngest was born, something shifted. I started picturing what life would look like with kids in three different schools and phases of life—and I knew something was going to have to change eventually.
Thanks to a mix of blessings, good luck, and the support of an incredible village, I’m stepping away from grind for now. I'm open to contract work when it fits, but this right here—this space—is where I feel called to show up. For you, and for me. It wasn't originally in my plans when I decided to pause from work, but the ideas started flowing so fast when I thought of all the things I was going to try and do "now that I'd have the time." But more on that later.
Thank you for being here. I hope you find something that makes your week a little easier, your days a little lighter, and your heart a little more seen.
